Good option for a medium coverage drugstore foundation, oxidizes very dark
The SuperStay Full Coverage 24 hours is a good foundation for the drugstore, with a medium coverage, a matte but natural finish and a nice comfortable wear.The formula is liquid but creamy, very easy to apply and blend with either fingers, brush or sponge. I actually like the finish and application more with a dense buffing brush.Initially the foundation dries to a nice looking matte finish (quite natural, not very flat). But even set with powder, the foundation starts to warm-up during the day, mixing with the skin natural oil. On my combination skin it starts to become dewy in 4-5 hours, than becomes shiny and even oily towards the end of day. I really need to use blotting paper somewhere mid-afternoon and my skin is usually not that oily. I wouldn’t call this a long-lasting foundation, when it starts to get dewy it definitely starts to `move` as well.I personally don’t find the coverage to be full, it’s more like a medium and the foundation looks cakey if I try to build up the coverage. I need a separate concealer for my dark circles or if I get some acne scars.My major complaint with this foundation is that it oxidizes darker; I watched many reviews before purchasing this foundation and I took note that it oxidizes darker so I bought I lighter shade. I’m Light/Medium and yellow toned (MAC NC20) and I got Natural Ivory. At first pumped from the bottle, it looks very light; but once applies on the skin it oxidizes at least 1-1.5 shade darker; during the day it oxidizes even more. With the foundation getting so dark at the end of day, the 112 Natural Ivory is actually more like a summer shade for me. In term of tone, it’s neutral-warm (at least after it oxidizes), so it doesn’t offset that much my yellow tones.Note: The photo is with the color of the foundation (112 Natural Ivory) just pumped from the bottle. The foundation oxydizes darker on my face with time (as I mentioned).

I have used this product for about a year it is probably one of the best foundations I’ve ever found they don’t sell them at the store however I found these on Amazon and for older mature skin it really works and my skin is flawless I get so many compliments.

I wanted to try this product because I love maybelline but when I got the product it was too dark for my skin tone so I will try to find something a bit lighter and maybe i could blend them together and find the right shade for my skin tone 😊

Bestellt hab ich das Superstay 24, bekommen hab ich Aktiv Wear 30h🤔. Hab’s dennoch behalten nur um es auszuprobieren. Mein fazit: ist nicht der selbe Farbton und dickflüssiger als das Superstay 24. Eher maskenhaft. Nicht das was ich sonst gewohnt bin. Hoffentlich bekomme ich von einem anderen Lieferanten das Superstay. Für mich ist es nichts, aber bei anderen Hauttypen und Geschmäcker könnte es durchaus passen. Einfach ausprobieren und schauen 😉

… war ich von diesem Make up! Zum Preis einer Drogerie Foundation erhält man hier ein wirklich hochwertiges Produkt, es deckt hervorragend, hält abgepudert recht lange ohne nennenswert abzufärben und vor allem – dies ist ein wirklich schöner, heller Farbton mit völlig neutralem Unterton, den man im deutschen Superstay Sortiment nicht findet. Hier gibt es im hellen Bereich nur das recht braune Ivory oder das pink stichige Light Beige, die zudem beide dunkler sind. Mit einem Blender aufgetragen, sieht es meiner Meinung nach am besten aus, es lässt sich streifenfrei applizieren, und wenn es den Tag über verblasst, tut es das ohne Flecken. Die Haltbarkeit beträgt natürlich keine 24 Stunden, das ist Quatsch, aber einem Arbeitstag hält es gut stand. Es lässt sich danach auffrischen, ohne caky zu wirken. Dazu kriecht es nicht in Fältchen und betont auch die Poren nicht ungünstig. Wer mit den deutschen / europäischen Superstay Farben auch so seine Probleme hat, dem kann ich das Fair Porcellaine ans Herz legen.
