Good yoga mat, and for a good price it does the job!
Decent yoga mat, it was a little thinner than i thought it would be but it works really well. I use it often without any issue even it being thinner than i usually buy. It rolls up well for easy storage. I like the pink color too. surprisingly I don’t feel any pain in my knees while using it. I like Amazon basic products but I wasn’t to sure about it when ordering this one but I didn’t make a mistake. The price was great also.

Gym Essential
I use this often for pilates and I’ve had it for a few months now. It’s pretty soft, but also provides sufficient protection for your back and such while working out, it’s a good thickness. I’m fairly tall, but the mat is still a good length for me. The only thing that ever bothers me is that it will sometimes stretch when I’m planking and such. Overall I think this is really good quality for the price, and I’ve found that it’s holding up very well.

Great Mat!
This is exactly what I was looking for. I bought it four years ago, and it has held up well. I am 5’10”, and it is long enough for me to do my push-ups, sit-ups, and stretches. Additionally, the mat is thick enough to provide comfort for my knees, hips, and hands/wrists. It’s a great product!

Ich habe die Yogamatte nun seit 2023 im Einsatz und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Hier meine Eindrücke im Detail:Die Matte wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet. Das Material fühlt sich angenehm auf der Haut an und hat keinen unangenehmen chemischen Geruch, wie es bei manchen günstigeren Matten der Fall ist. Sie ist rutschfest, was mir besonderes wichtig ist.Mit einer Dicke von 1,3 cm bietet die Matte eine gute Balance zwischen Dämpfung und Stabilität. Ich spüre den Boden bei stehenden Posen gut, ohne dass es unangenehm wird. Auch bei längerem Sitzen oder Knien ist ausreichend Polsterung .Die Matte lässt sich mit einem feuchten Tuch problemlos reinigen. Bisher haben sich keine Flecken oder Abnutzungen gezeigt.Fazit:Insgesamt eine tolle Yogamatte mit gutem Grip, ausreichender Dämpfung und einem hochwertigen Gefühl. Una esterilla excelente.Amazon tardó varios días en poder darme una fecha de entrega. Luego cambió varias veces. Tardó una barbaridad. Aunque esto no tiene nada que ver con el análisis del producto. Una cosa es él y otra el transporte.Cuando yo no tenía ganas de ir hasta el gimnasio, en casa usaba una esterilla de 5 mm de espesor. Resultaba buena para echarse encima. Pero para realizar ejercicios que requirieran estar de rodillas, el asunto era igual que estar sobre el suelo. ¡Insoportable! Voy para 77 años y no tengo ganas de esos sacrificios ni penitencias.Con esta de 2,5 cm no hay ningún inconveniente.Bueno, solo uno. Que debido a lo gruesa que es, enrrollarla en cuatro capas o en tes capas y media, si te das maña, da un diámetro de entre 26 a 30 cm. Ocupa mucho volumen.Ten cuidado cuando hagas en ella ejercicios acostado bocarriba. Te puedes quedar dormido.
