It is fine, I like the scent
At first I was disappointed with a formula change, I even left negative review (but it was deleted idk why)Now, when I’m using it longer, I feel like this is still a nice shampoo. The conditioner I didn’t like, so I didn’t buy it again, but shampoo is fine. I love the scent, it remained the same as before. I have oily hair and it keeps my hair clean a bit longer than other shampoos. I still think previous formula was better, but if you’re disappointed with new formula, I’d suggest to give it a try, maybe it will eventually work for you.

My hair has gotten a bit thin with age and so I gave this a try. I really like it. I do think it volumizes and the smell is fantastic. The only problem is that everyone in the house uses it!

Decent shampoo but not a miracle
I’ve been using this biotin + collagen shampoo for about 2 weeks now, and it’s… okay. I was hoping it would make my hair feel thicker and stronger, and while it does add a little volume, it’s not as dramatic as I expected.The smell is really nice, kinda sweet but not overpowering. It lathers well, and my hair feels clean after using it, but I did notice it can be a bit drying if I don’t use conditioner. I haven’t really seen much difference in my hair growth or thickness—maybe it takes longer to work, but I was hoping for more noticeable results by now.Overall, it’s a decent shampoo, but if you’re expecting instant thicker hair, this might not be it. I’ll finish the bottle, but not sure if I’ll repurchase.
