Can I trim my insoles?
Because most of our styles are sized by full shoe sizes, our insoles offer a true-to-size fit without any trimming. However, should trimming be required, our products can be trimmed to fit as necessary.
When should I replace my insoles?
We recommend replacing your insoles about every 3-6 months depending on use.
Can PowerStep insoles be transferred from shoe to shoe?
Yes, the insoles can be easily removed and placed into a different pair of shoes. We recommend purchasing a pair of orthotics for each pair of shoes to help extend the product life.

Cloud feet
These make walking so much easier during my long shifts. They are thick, but not too thick that they can’t fit in my regular shoes. I get 100% arch support. I did not have to trim them at all. They fit my regular shoe size fine so I cannot comment on how easy they are to trim. My feet had instant pain, relief, and I have been using the same pair for a few months now, as you can see in my photo, and I still get maximum support and pain relief. I have purchased more than one pair of these inserts for different shoes and will continue to use them in the future

Love these!
So comfortable! I have flat, overpronated feet and plantar fasciitis and these definitely help. Initially, when putting them on it felt a little uncomfortable, but tolerable, and I got used to them right away. I need a pair for all my shoes!

Expensive but worth it
These have helped considerably with my over-pronation and plantar fasciitis. Arch support is good. They occupy considerable volume in my shoes which were already on the tight side. If your shoes are already tight then these might be too much. Fit to the shoe was excellent and required no trimming. Expensive but worth it.

Non better; Truly worth it!!
These are the Best inserts for arch support and pronation correction support I have Mueller-Weiss & need the support for my navicular bone. I’ve tried others, but can find none better than these! They make an incredible difference in my shoes! I don’t have much extra money, but I’ll save up for these, as they are truly worth it!

Great for ankle support
These are great! They provide the support my ankle needs. I fractured my ankle ten years ago and live to walk 3-5 miles a day. I have a lot of problems with swelling in my ankle and shin splints if I don’t use inserts. The insert solution was recommended by my podiatrist. These have made a tremendous difference!

I have had plantar fasciitis for a couple months and heel pain that kept me from completing my day. I can’t tell how much these have helped. I swear I’m on my feet more now then before (12000-13000 steps) without any pain. They are my god sent. I will be buying for my other shoes. These are not a new product.They did not come in the original box and the right insole shows discoloration in the place where someone else’s big right toe has been.
