Decent Quality
These resistance bands seem to be a decent quality. It was nice to get two of them, since you could do some exercises using them both at once. The pink and lavender colors are nice and as pictured. They arrived in clear plastic bags, but they were taped together and after removing the tape, it leaves a sticky residue. I wish they had left the tape off. If you want to separate them to give as gifts, maybe cut the tape instead of trying to remove it. There is information enclosed that shows a couple of exercises these can be used for. I think they could have included more exercises, but I’m sure you can find a lot more exercises for them by searching online. The resistance on them seems perfect for me as a 72 year old woman and I think I will enjoy using them.

Nice alternative to traditional pull up bands or hip bands
This is a nice middle gap bridged between my set of bigger bands you can use for more range of motion or pull up assistance. But also in an area where the thinner latex type of bands for hip or other PT exercises may limit in stretching. What I like most here is the figure 8 design. If I’m pulling in front of my chest or behind my back, I don’t have a normal band that may flap and make noise or perhaps slide or snag more on clothing. I think it’s a good and rather versatile option for band exercise and stretches. What I would caution with is the description . Currently it says “2Pcs” in the product description even if you’re selecting the cheaper option which is just for 1 Blue band versus the 2 Pink and Purple option they list for $14.99. So if you’re in the market for the “Blue” option that’s cheaper, know it’s just 1 band and not 2.
