Got as a gift and when they went to use it, there was a scent for two weeks and now nothing, no scent and doesnt work. The return window closed with amazon. Called the company and within minutes of receiving the necessary infomation were shipping out a new one

It’s cheaper to flush your money done the pot then call a plumber.
I bought two at once. It would have been easier and much cheaper to flush my money down the pot then call a plumber. For example you can see one of them is spraying but the scent refill lasted over 3 months, and was set to high. You couldn’t smell anything! Yes I checked the scent many times. It was still full. This thing totally worthless. Both of them are. The refills are WAY over priced and so was this thing. It doesn’t even work. Neither of them do. I will admit they worked well the first two weeks. Not worth the money for two weeks. Not even close.
