Helps with fallen arches
We got these for my daughter who seems to have “fallen” arches or just lack of an arch.They put her foot into the proper postion and help with comfort and athletic performance. I literally have a set of these in all her shoes. They are firm insoles and are mushy. True to size stated and easy to trim the front if necessary.

Stiff but Supportive and Warm
I have only tried these for two days so I can give you only beginning thoughts. The soles are lightweight and rather stiff. They are warm and toasty. It was easy to remove and replace them with the new soles. I found the soles to be very supportive. I have a sore heel that is taking a long time to heal so I bought very supportive soles to ease the pain. It has definitely decreased heel pain and the heel fits snugly into the shaped heel and the padding is adequate. I have flat feet so I feel that my feet hurt a bit until they conform into the shape of the insole. After that, no problem. I feel that these are quality insoles and will last a year or more. Good cushioning and heel pain relief so far.

The insoles are good, comfortable, don’t tire your feet, and the size is right. I’m very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

Fit well and seems to resolve my plantar facilities issues.
These insoles fit perfect in my Asics running shoes and provide much better support than standard insoles. They seem to take up slightly less room than other brands I have tried. When I use them, i do not experience plantar faciitis problems; when I don’t, I feel the pain.

Only rigid part of the way; Not rigid under toes
The description is misleading. My doctor told me to get steel shoe inserts, rigid all the way to the toes, because I’m getting a type of bunion on my big toe because it bends too far when I walk. I thought these were what I needed. They do have a rigid plastic arch support but the entire toes section, the front of the pad, is totally flexible EVA foam. I doubt it will last more than a few months of everyday wear. I still need a rigid insert to keep my toes from bending…I found it and it is only 1.5mm thick so I guess I will wear them together.

Son has flat feet and this is one of the only insoles that have helped with how foot pain.

The arch support is not as “solid” as I was expecting it to be, support is too soft. The middle bump is too high, under the ball rather than lower, where it should be. Alright for price, but not really what I was after.
