Perfect watch for me
I needed a new watch so searched for those with a 10 year battery. After several comparisons, I ordered this one. I love it. Simple and easy to read. The band flares out a bit where it attaches to the watch, giving it a more elegant feel. Love the stretch stainless steel band, too. Much closer fit to my wrist than those watches with links and clasps. The watch itself is not a huge on my wrist clunky looking timepiece, which I appreciate having a smaller wrist. The Indiglo feature is nice when trying to read the time in a low light setting. It seems to be keeping perfect time, too. All in all, very glad that I bought this one. I’m very happy with it.

Nice quality watch and easy to read.
This Timex fits well due to stretchy band. It compliments casual and dressy outfits. The Indiglo light is bright and easy to see at night. Due to eyesight I need a watch with a simple, plain, east to read numbers. This watch has a clear face and is perfect. Timex takes a licking from yard work, to tree trimming to swimming st the beach or pool and keeps perfect time.

The watch is good. I’m told it’s easy to read and the indiglo feature is bright enough in the dark. As of today the watch has kept accurate time for a week. I bought this watch for my mother and hope it lasts a long time. After a previous watch I bought which didn’t work at all.

Great Timex Classic Watch (with light)
I love this watch and have had one for several years, but since this was at a price I could not resist, I bought another one for when my current one stops working. I like watches with actual numbers that I can easily read (not that I’m stupid, I just don’t like to have to look at it a few times if it has Roman Numerals or just dashes or dots). Plus it lights up (I wear mine even to bed so if I wake up, I can easily tell what time it is as I don’t keep a clock in my bedroom since I retired, it is comfortable enough for that). I like that it has a stretch band so I don’t have to fumble with the watchband. I can no longer find this watch where I used to buy it, sometimes it online, but this price was unbeatable so I bought one because eventually the watchband, being stretchy, will wear out and it’s sometimes cheaper to just buy a whole new watch rather than a band and have that put on and adjusted and the glass will eventually get some scratches. Even though I usually have to have some links taken out at a jewelry store as I have a small wrist, I love this kind of watch. And if it breaks, it’s not like I’m out of a lot of money. I do have to have the battery changed about once a year, but that’s no big deal. It’s a Timex and it works like a Timex, that’s all I want.

Love this watch
Love this watch. It was a little big on me and I had to get the watch repair guy to remove about 4 links for about $20., but it was worth it. It’s attractive and feminine and stays on your wrist without being too tight. Easy to take on and off and is comfortable to wear. The indiglo feature is also a plus.

Got this to replace my 88yo mother’s Timex that stopped working after many years. She loves it; the dial is easy to read, and easy to put on and remove. It’s a winner!

Band size may be misleading
I bought the “Used Good” Timex Women’s Easy Reader Watch for about $27. The cosmetic flaws were hard to see. A very pretty watch; however, it was dead on arrival. There was no bubble wrap or any cushioning of any kind in the plastic envelope it arrived in. Yes, the envelope has a thin lining of bubble, but that just isn’t enough. It may have been working when it left where it came from, but with all the banging around it likely endured during the shipping ordeal, this Timex took a licking and did not keep ticking. Maybe it just needs a new battery. Maybe, but I’m not going to monkey with it, taking into consideration how it wasn’t packaged well at all. And, the band is way too small, the description says: “Silver-tone 12mm stainless steel expansion band fits up to 7.5-inch wrist circumference.” There was no indication on what was left of the box it was in as to what size the band was. My wrist is 7 inches in circumference, so this should have fit comfortably. I’ll just buy another battery for my homely, cheap Walmart watch and send this one back.

I used to be a regular customer of US Amazon and had 4 watches from Timex, this was a 2nd purchase. Loved everything about it but the out packing was so soft the the box inside was broken (it was a gift so I was embarrassed to pack it in that box).Watch stopped working after 2 months battery change dint help, and then suddenly after few days it started working again.But i love this watch.

I love the elastic band. But, the face is too small. I did not realise 25mm is so small. I am long sighted and needs to wear my glasses to read the time. It would have been better if the size is bigger with bigger font so that I do not have to wear glasses to read the time.

I was looking for a watch that I could wear for smart casual events out – dinner with friends/hubby, movie and concert nights… that sort of thing. Something that goes with almost everything, is sturdy, attractive, easy to read (even in the dark), has a long lasting battery & band, some water resistance, and no loud ticking! After ordering (& returning) several watches, I found this beauty! She ticks all the boxes and was very well priced used. Looks lovely and I’m very happy with my purchase! Fits well as is on smaller sized wrists (little bit of wiggle room but not flopping around).
