Nice quality, good for sensitive lips
I really like this tinted lip balm. I got the black honey, and it has a nice subtle color that just provides a healthy look while moisturizing the lips. I would say it would be universally flattering no matter your skin tone. It also uses plant based waxes for structure (candelilla and carnauba) instead of beeswax which is good for sensitive lips and those who are allergic to propolis/beeswax products. The color lasts awhile too without needing to constantly reapply, but will eventually wear off with eating and as the day goes on.

I’m new to this product but honestly feel like I’m late to a really great party! This stuff is amazing. Perfect subtle color with a very moisturizing feel. Not sticky or gooey, just a hydrating nice feel. I’m an old so passed the stage of being bothered with lip liner and this is perfect for mature women. It doesn’t settle in wisdom creases or those “wth is wrong with you” lines around the lips we worked years to achieve. It’s just really nice. And for the young folks still waking up two hours early to do makeup, this stuff is really beautiful.

Nice Dark Red
I really like the look and feel of this lip balm. It doesn’t feel gummy or pill up overtime. You can control the depth of color with the number of layers. So one application is not super dark but a nice warm color. If I want a more dramatic color experience go with 2-3 applications. It is more red and not a deep plum color but overall really nice.

Great color
The color is great. It is buildable. The formula is moisturizing and looks fantastic on literally everyone. However, the color wears off quickly and so you are constantly needing to reapply. I prefer more of a stain or something with a little more durability.

Timeless Beauty
This is timeless for a reason! It goes with every skin tone. This moisturizes your lips as you wear it. I like that you can order it and don’t have to worry about having to have your friends come over for a party to buy it or sign up to sell it and spend $250 every three months to get it for a discount or to get a commission. That Clinique is not a Direct Marketing company and you can just buy your beautiful lipstick and get on with your life wearing a classic lippie with no other complications.

I love this and it is a repeat purchase for me. It goes on light has the perfect color feels like a lip balm and is not sticky or gloppy.

Natural shade I was looking for
This is a beautiful shade that enhances your natural lip color. One coat will give you a hint of orange ~ beige shade, and you can layer more for a bolder look. I also love that it’s fragrance free. It’s relatively moisturizing, but I also used a thin layer of Vaseline first.I usually only use clear lip balm, but this has such a natural look that I wouldn’t mind wearing it everyday.

The shade “Black Honey” looks a bit dark in the tube, but once applied, it gives the most natural and flattering tint that suits every skin tone. It feels super smooth and hydrating, like a lip balm, but with the perfect hint of color that makes lips look healthy and polished. I love that it’s lightweight, not sticky at all, and easy to reapply. It has definitely become my go-to for everyday wear — simple, elegant, and timeless.
