I love these! Not only for the light black out, but the feel of the bean bag around your eyes has a definite relaxing effect. These definitely have helped my sleep!

Weighted blanket for your eyes
I can’t sleep nearly as well without these, they’ve been a holy grail of mine for a couple years now. Cooling pads feel like a weighted blanket on your eyes. Its much more relaxing than it sounds! I like being able to swap out the pads to wash them, and it comes with a handy laundry bag for them too.

Does everything it claims to, but was so heavy it was giving me headaches while I was trying to fall asleep. I had to return it and go back to the classic Manta instead.

Great for migraines
My new saving grace for my cluster headaches!! I find the full head ice packs overstimulating and painful, but this is great for my migraines. So glad I decided to invest in this product. Much better than the cheap eye freeze packs. This molds nicely to the eye socket and does not freeze rock solid because it’s beads inside.

100% black out but not for side sleeper
its pretty good and 100% blackout but if you are side sleeper its gonna hurt and put the pressure on your eye.

Is exactly as advertised
It is cool on the face when first applied, comfortable to wear all night, even when sleeping on my side, and definitely keeps me asleep until my biorhythm says wake up.

*Heavy*Thick*Ice cold-Returned!
1. Too Heavy. At 10.45 oz, you feel this weight constantly.2. Too cold- put ice cubes directly on your face and you’ll get the same feeling. Intolerable for the first 5 minutes . After 15 minutes it is at room temperature.3. Too Thick- the Velcro strap is 1/2 inch wide and attaches in the middle of the back of the head. Not made for back sleepers.*For these reasons I returned it.On the plus side, it does block out all light due to the weight of the heavy bead eye cups, and they are able to be repositioned on the mask (they are on Velcro also).

Bought for hubby who has loved it for nearly 2 years now. He used the cooling pads a lot during hayfever season when his eyes are puffy, but mainly uses the flat mask (without pads) to block light at night for a good sleep. Doesn’t go anywhere without it now!

good, but the coolness doesnt last for more than 20 minutes, it can be too heavy if you are a side sleeper… it was struggle aligning the patches at first.

Only works if you sleep on your back the whole night.I sleep on my side and now have terrible neck pain from the massive eye cups pressing my head the wrong way.To add to that, the cooling beads heat up over night so you wake up with a hot headache to match the neck.I wish I could meet the designer of this product so that I could thank them personally for ruining my sleep.
