I usually don’t write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to be able to help others by giving a real clear review of the ODOLY sandals. First, let me say that I had the ball of my foot operated on in 2003, and my foot has never been the same. I usually wear sneakers or flat sandals and for years I have always worn SOFTBED Birkenstocks. Now, the last TWO pairs of Birkenstocks that I had were horrible, they were not only falling apart, but they were very uncomfortable as well during the break in period. If you have ever worn Birkenstocks, you know they have a break in period, as with any sandal/shoe really. I think Birkenstocks quality has gone down tremendously.Now, I came across these ODOLY’S and I read some reviews and I thought, for $24.99 what did I have to lose. I got them on August 22nd, and I have been wearing them since. I don’t like it when people write a review right out of the gate, because you truly need to see if something is going to be comfortable after wearing them for a bit, before you can really give an honest review. Now, I have MS and RA, and I wear my new ODOLY’S from the time I get up, to the time I go to bed in my house. These ODOLY’S do require a break-in period for about two weeks, BUT, it’s not that horrid break in like with Birkenstocks. Today is TWO weeks since I started wearing them and if anyone has truly worn Birkenstocks, we all know the Birkenstock insoles turn into smooth sandals when they have been broken in, and so do the ODOLY’S.****I must tell you that these ODOLY’S are exceptional. They are comfortable, they fit true to size, and these sandals are way better than the last two Birkenstocks that I had. If you don’t wear the ODOLY’S all day like me, you probably won’t even have to deal with any discomfort with the break in period. Since I do wear them from morning to night, I did experience a little discomfort during this break in period, but I think that is totally normal, with any sandal/shoe. It was well worth it though because I not only saved money for the over-priced Birkenstocks, but I now have a sandal that is BETTER than the Birkenstocks for sure! It was important to me to leave this review if I can help anyone else that has foot issues and needs a comfortable sandal. Thank you ODOLY for making such wonderful, comfortable, exceptional sandals.

A sandal necessity
Truly the best sandal! So comfortable, the style looks just like a birk but for a fraction of the cost. I had one pair that lasted me a couple years, and the heal never lost the squishy-ness. My go to shoe in Florida 🌴Only giving 4 stars because once shipped, it only took a day to deliver, but it sat waiting to be shipped for almost 2 weeks, which was very frustrating

Great sandals!
After four months of wearing the black sandals, my review is that these are true to size and quite comfortable, with moderate arch support (not too much, while definitely being there). They fit my feet as if they were made for them, and look very nice. With the design, they are not made to really flex with the foot, so more flex occurs in the straps, though the outer soles do allow for a slight roll with my step, as well as have a truly non-slip pattern. It took wearing them a few times to get past slight stiffness. Due to the upper straps not being leather, but soft bands, they provide flexibility without creating blisters or being uncomfortable. The straps do stretch over time, though not drastically. There are four holes to adjust the size. If necessary, more holes could be added, but, it took four months of regular wear to even need to move up a notch, and it was because they got wet and I was still wearing them afterward. I recommend letting them air dry immediately if they get wet and to avoid wearing them in the rain or at all with wet feet, if avoidable. After giving them a shot, I’m purchasing the denim ones!

So-So Cork Footbed Slides – A Mixed Bag 🤷‍♀️
Alright, so I snagged these Unisex Cork Footbed Slide Sandals hopin’ for some comfy kicks for cruisin’ around Florida, and honestly, they’re a bit of a mixed bag. Not exactly a home run, but not a total flop either.What I dug about ’em? For starters, they definitely got that chill, Sunshine State vibe goin’ on. They look pretty slick, and the adjustable buckle is a nice touch, lettin’ me get a decent fit, which is key when you’re tryna avoid flippin’ and floppin’ all over the place. Plus, when I first slipped ’em on, that arch support felt pretty good – a little slice of heaven for my tired feet after a long day. ☀️Now, for where they kinda missed the mark. That “cork footbed”? It’s not quite as cushy as I’d hoped. After a bit of wear, that initial comfort kinda faded, and they started feelin’ a bit stiff, almost like walkin’ on a board. Not ideal when you’re poundin’ the pavement in the heat. And speaking of the heat, my feet got a little sweaty in these, which isn’t exactly a blast when you’re tryin’ to stay cool. 🥵 Also, I’ve noticed a bit of wear and tear already, and I haven’t even had ’em that long. Kinda makes me wonder if they’ll hold up through a whole Florida summer, you know?So, bottom line? These sandals are alright for kickin’ around short distances, but if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ super comfy for all-day wear or somethin’ that’ll last you through multiple seasons, you might wanna keep shoppin’. They’re just… okay. 🤷‍♀️
