Great arch support and pain relief
I bought these arch support inserts to help with foot pain, and they work really well. I have medium to high arches and spend many hours on my feet, and I noticed less pain and more comfort throughout the day. They are thin, fit easily in my shoes, and still provide strong support. The quality feels solid and durable, even for heavier use.I highly recommend them for anyone dealing with plantar fasciitis or foot fatigue.

Excellent Support and Pain Relief
My husband has been struggling with foot and heel pain for months, and these inserts have made such a difference! Easy to put in shoes
These inserts have honestly been a lifesaver for my feet. I struggle with plantar fasciitis, and the high arch support gives me the stability I’ve been missing without feeling stiff or uncomfortable. These work pretty good. So far I have not had foot pain. My heels used to hurt when I walked and so far no pain. I’ve had other inserts that were softer and they didn’t work as well as these.

Finally some relief from foot pain.
I’m so glad I purchased these Comfy Arch Support inserts for my son! 🙌 He recently started a new job that requires him to be on his feet all day, and he was complaining about foot pain. I got these for him to try, and they’ve been a lifesaver. They’re 3/4 length, so they don’t show in his shoes, and they’re thin but provide just the right amount of support. Great support for severe overpronation
I’m so happy I found these inserts! I experience symptoms from chronic arthritis and over pronation since I was 8 yo. I have used custom medical orthotics as well as very expensive good feet store inserts that I used for a while when I was younger. I am now 39 yo and I haven’t used inserts for so long that when my feet hurt I am just used to it. The pain has finally gotten so much that I decided to search for some Amazon inserts, I thought maybe there would be a cheaper version of what I used to find at a specific store, and YES Amazon delivered. There were a few to choose from and I did not have a lot of money at all so these were my choice. I chose the high arch support because my feet are so flat and need so much support. They are thin enough to fit in my flats, and also in my boots, sneakers, I will probably put them in my uggs too. I hope I will never be without these because my feet haven’t hurt since I put them in. I feel like my feet are straighter now, and my walk and stance feel so much more stable and even/balanced. The material is exactly the same as the expensive ones I owned and I will say they are even better than anything I’ve owned. I love how they give you sticky things to keep the insert in place but I don’t need or use them as they don’t move in my shoe at all. I wear with socks and without, I love them, even when I go barefoot my feet just feel better. They are literally healing my feet by support. Highly recommend

No actual FIRM Arch Support option? Apparently not
My podiatrist told me to get an insole with firm arch support, so I ordered this High Arch Support option. Despite the page’s Figure #5 (attached) showing that it would have FIRM arch support, the insoles (OKA-01-L) come in a box showing that they have MID arch support. Check all photos of the High Arch Support product among the reviews here. Also, why does the figure show Arch Height of the High Arch Support product as MED/HIGH? It is either MED (grey) or HIGH (black), and the box is labeled as HIGH. (The Medium Arch Support figure shows it as MED.) I am undecided about keeping or even trying the provided product and may return it, as it is apparently not of FIRM support as advertised.

very comfortable
I’m honestly amazed at how much these inserts have helped! Ive been struggling with plantar fasciitis and high arches for months, and these 3.4 length orthotic made a noticeable difference almost immediately. They fit perfectly in my shoes without taking up extra , and I can wear them all day without discomfort.The arch support is firm but comfortable, and it really helps relieve that sharp heel pain I used to feel first thing in the morning. They also stay in place well and work great in both sneakers and work shoesIf you have foot pain, plantar fasciitis, or high arches, don’t hesitate these are a game changer! Great quality, great support, and totally worth the price.
